Join us for the dinner of the year to celebrate Bridgewater’s Fifth Birthday

Bridgewater opened on Friday 19th October 2018, with this in mind we have unearthed the best winery cellars across the country including Henschke, Hewitson, Charles Melton and Levantine Hills to bring a collection of 2018 vintage wines to the table.  

Matt and Ty are creating a beautiful 5 course menu to work in harmony with the wines and to celebrate the occasion.

The evening will kick off with French champagne and canapes in Botaniq, progressing up to the restaurant for a memorable evening of food and wine.
